I had an excellent experience with this mitigation and restoration company. I hired them for a water infiltration problem in my house and from the first moment they showed professionalism, speed and a lot of responsibility.

They arrived on time, evaluated the damage in detail and explained the whole process step by step, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The team was very respectful, clean and organized throughout the work.

The restoration was excellent and they made sure that everything was completely dry and in perfect condition before finishing. In addition, they answered all my questions and worked with great transparency.

I definitely recommend them 100% to anyone who needs mitigation and restoration services. It is difficult to find companies as responsible and committed to quality as they are.

We had an excellent experience with this restoration company from start to finish. They responded quickly, assessed the damage thoroughly, and explained every step of the process in clear, honest terms. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and worked efficiently to restore everything back to normal.

What really stood out was their communication — they kept us updated throughout the project and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations, and you can tell they truly care about their customers.

I highly recommend them to anyone needing restoration services!

I can’t say enough great things about UWFM! They were responsive, professional, and reassuring during a very stressful situation. The team arrived quickly, explained everything clearly, and got to work right away.

They thoroughly handled the remediation and went above and beyond by completing all the repair and finish work — restoring drywall, flooring, and paint so everything looked as good as new. The crew was respectful, kept the area clean, and communicated throughout the process. Be sure to call them in any emergency need, they will be there for you from start to finish!!!
